Eric Maman
PRINCIPAL
After spending the beginning of his career stateside in finance and private equity, Eric returned home to Montreal, eager to establish roots in his beloved hometown.
Eric has been back in Montreal for over a decade. He'd been involved in every aspect of real estate, from property management of retail strip malls to the management of multi-million dollar development projects. Eric's experience in MBS during the great recession is an invaluable tool he uses to asses risk when deploying Panoptic's capital. Considered a value investor, Eric understands the opportunity in investing for growth in real estate, while always sticking to Panoptic's core values.
Raphael Roditi
AdVISER
Raphael is a Sr Attorney at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP, one of Canada's leading legal firms. Raphael's practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions.
Raphael advises Panoptic in all of its acquisitions, financing, and complex property matters.
Darren Reinblatt
ADVISER
Darren is a member of the Orders of Chartered Professional Accountants of Quebec, Ontario, and Alberta. A graduate of Concordia University, he has been practicing public accountancy since 2003 as a Chartered Accountant. Darren advises Panoptic in all of its financial reporting and helps coordinate its fiscal structure and planning.
Liroy Haddad

Before founding Snowdon Partners, Liroy was an investment professional with Oaktree Capital Management, an $80 billion investment firm headquartered in Los Angeles.
While at Oaktree, Liroy evaluated and executed private equity investments in various industries. Prior to Oaktree, Liroy was an investment banker with Lazard & Frères, advising private equity firms and corporations on mergers, acquisitions, turnarounds, and other strategic mandates.
Liroy assists Panoptic in managing the firm's risk, as well as advises it in its non-core business ventures. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
